This is only for flipping properties.
Most investors, new or experienced face the huge costs of renovating a property. We take that away from you, we all agree on a property that has the most potential, we have an agreement made with a local solicitor, you purchase the property, we supply all of the materials and cover all labour costs.
Once the property is finished it is put up for sale.
Upon the sale of the property the purchase amount and or mortgage is cleared, legal costs and the material costs are repaid and the profit is split between yourself and us at a rate of 50/50.
This will free up your equity and the savings are high due to our ability to access great trade prices.
